• Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
• Monitoring mechanical services, procedures in all relevant international codes and standards
• Providing technical input and experience to resolve mechanical related engineering issues on the Project
• Ensuring the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Managing and directing the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction.
• Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
• Previous experience in managing procurement of large design and build projects.
• Strong leadership, people and management skills and business acumen.
• Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Prior experience ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives.
• Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. The Senior Mechanical Engineer should have familiarity with authority regulations in Dubai (such as DEWA regulations) and also have previous experience working on high-rise buildings and towers.
