We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services. plan and coordinate site mechanical maintenance work on the three train LNG plant, utility, store, gas export and power generation, cost effectively in line with the plant maintenance policy. ensure all work Is carried out in safe mannered according to the company standards codes and practicesJob Responsibilities: * Participate and provide professional expertise in the technological upgradation of obsolete equipment and preparation, execution of plant change requests
- Carry out detailed engineering, prepare scope of work, technical evaluation and execution for capital, extraordinary maintenance EOM and major maintenance MM activities
- Plan and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities with other departments
- conduct and implement root cause analysis of equipment failures
- prepare and update component/equipment repair procedures
- Carry out troubleshooting of chronic failures and give repair and test procedures
- coordinate with planning section and periodically review the resources concerning manpower required
- ensure that all company codes regulations engineering practices are adhered by self.
- provide technical support for development, Implementation and commissioning of new projects
- ensure KPIs of the asset is met
- good communication influencing and coordination skill
- planning skills with attention to details
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Computer software packages preferably SAP and EXCEL spreadsheet applications
- good interpersonal and influencing ability
- good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical Report writing
