Experience:\xc2\xb7 Accumulated 8-12 years of experience in engineering roles, with a significant portion dedicated to managerial or leadership responsibilities.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated expertise in water treatment or related industries, emphasizing hands-on experience in detailed design for projects such as Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), pumping stations, Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO)/Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) plants, and Demineralization plants.\xc2\xb7 Preferred experience in Oil & Gas projects, providing an additional advantage.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in the basic design of pretreatment equipment, encompassing Multi Media Filters, Ultra Filtration systems, Self-Cleaning Filters, and Cartridge Filters.\xc2\xb7 Competent in the mechanical design of Reverse Osmosis systems.\xc2\xb7 Skilled in hydraulic studies, including pressure drop calculations and pump head calculations.\xc2\xb7 Possess basic knowledge of Surge Analysis and Stress analysis.\xc2\xb7 Experienced in piping design for water treatment plants and pumping stations.\xc2\xb7 Capable of pipeline design for pressurized mains.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in the design of metallic piping such as Stainless Steel (SS), Super Duplex Stainless Steel (SDSS), Carbon Steel (CS), Ductile Iron (DI), etc.\xc2\xb7 Competent in the design of non-metallic piping, including Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), etc.\xc2\xb7 Skilled in developing material specifications for pumps, valves, piping, etc.Skills & Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and people management skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results.\xc2\xb7 Technical proficiency in water treatment engineering.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Personal Qualities:\xc2\xb7 Visionary leader with a strategic mindset.\xc2\xb7 Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.\xc2\xb7 Results-oriented with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.\xc2\xb7 Adaptable to changing industry dynamics.
