Job Purpose:

Master data and Pricing maintenance is key function in Customer Service in the OTD department. It is a role having a significant impact on overall customer satisfaction. Key deliverables from this role are to ensure all activities are carried-out timely, diligently and professionally at all times and while adhering to Tronox values.

Key Accountabilities and primary responsibilities but not limited to: The position needs to be well versed in the Tronox' products, processes and customer specific requirements in order to perform the role effectively. Manage and maintain Customer Master Data in compliance with standards and policies. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and prevent duplicates. Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams for effective communication. Monitor and report issues with master data quality and governance. Support process improvements for SAP and business operations. Maintain pricing, manage rebate agreements, and process commissions in SAP. Accurately handle order entry and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries. Manage customer relations, including resolving issues with a positive attitude. Ensure compliance with SOx controls, audits, INCOTERMS, and payment terms. Provide support to the customer service team and assist with problem-solving. Contribute to the month-end closure process

Minimum Qualification and Experience: University degree. 5+ years' in a reputable organization in related roles. Exposure in Customer service/ Master data role preferred.

Job Specific Skills: Excellent communication & problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure. Skills in MS reporting tools like Excel, Powerpoint etc..
