Carry out scheduled masonry maintenance works of building fabrics, paths, kerbs, tile grouting works etc.
Carry out minor masonry repair works of plaster cracks, manholes & sewage pits, marbles, tiles, brick walls, etc.

Carry out all types of new masonry works including brick works, plastering, tiling works etc.

QualificationsEducation/Qualifications

High School Certificate (8th Standard) is a must and Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is desirable.

Skills/ Competencies/ Experience

3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years relevant experience.
Experience in the building construction industry as a Mason carrying out brick works, plastering & tile fixing.
Flexibility and Adaptability.
Team Work and Service Orientation
Reliability, Commitment and Flexibility.
Basic communication skills and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
Must be in the age group between 25 and 35 years of age.
Must be physically fit to perform the required job.
