Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with extensive experience in the FMCG sector and a proven track record in driving brand growth and market penetration.What You\'ll be Doing
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in Global Emerging Markets
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising campaigns
Manage performance marketing efforts, utilizing data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and regional marketing teams, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
Oversee the development and execution of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and product packaging
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing projects
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior marketing role in the FMCG industry
Proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market penetration
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
Willingness to travel as needed to support regional marketing activities
