To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best-in-class service levels through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the last mile delivery space.We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of acquisition program which enables our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to attract, hire and retain high quality Delivery Associates at scale Africa, Middle East, and Turkey (AMET) region and support with growing the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) programThe role is a Fixed Term Contract (12 months). This is a highly visible role with frequent interactions up to director and VP levels and offers 360 responsibility to build and manage a fast-growing program with large budget accountability. Responsibilities will include partnering with key program stakeholders to adapt the core components of the AMET Acquisition marketing program based on specific marketplace dynamics. To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class service levels through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the last mile delivery space.Key job responsibilities - Support the development of the overall integrated marketing and communication strategy - Own the market research strategy to identify insights and targeting strategies. - Refine Amazon's DSP proposition to differentiate the program from competition and oversee execution across audience segments and channels. - Possess a deep understanding of our audience segmentation and digital product. - Own the measurement framework, inclusive of brand health metrics and channel attribution models. - Run creative and message testing across the marketing funnel and different channels to drive perception and engagement. - Automate and improve triggered communication throughout the customer journey - Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best in class experience across the marketing funnel.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages - Experience in marketing or marketing research - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Bachelor's DegreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/servicesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
