Job Description

Responsibilities1.Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote the center of the exhibition, increase event attendance, and meet revenue targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and trends.
2.Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative promotional campaigns to attract exhibitors and visitors. Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives\' effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the executive team to establish marketing goals, budgets, and timelines. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the exhibition center and for each exhibition.
3.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
4.Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials. Establish and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand image. Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, , google ads, social media, and content creation.
5.Help maintain and update the exhibition center\'s website and ensure its content is accurate and engaging. Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities to optimize the online presence. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and explore innovative approaches to drive online visibility and engagement. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followership.
6.Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management. Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Use social media listening tools to gather insights, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
7.Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital channels. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, images, and videos. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital marketing content.
8.Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
9.Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to develop targeted campaigns.
10.Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimize ad targeting to maximize ROI.
11.Generate reports on campaign metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
12.Collaborate with event organizers to understand their marketing requirements and align strategies to meet their objectives.
13.Develop and implement event-specific marketing campaigns to attract exhibitors and visitors.
14.Coordinate with media partners, industry influencers, and relevant organizations to enhance event promotion and coverage.
15.Monitor and evaluate the success of event marketing initiatives and make necessary adjustments for future events.
16.Support advertising campaigns across various channels, such as print, online, radio, and outdoor advertising. Assist in developing press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
17.Coordinate with media outlets and manage media relationships to secure event coverage.
18.Collect and analyze marketing data, including website analytics, campaign performance metrics, and customer feedback.
19.Generate reports on marketing activities, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
20.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
