People who can effectively coordinate and focus the work of skilled employees toward an important goal, prioritizing to the right activities that lead to success.What you will do:Develop and execute programs that drive effective utilization of our Marketing Excellence tools, processes and frameworkWork closely with Marketing & Education leaders to tailor marketing strategies and plans to meet both current and future customer needs in direct and indirect marketsDevelop guidelines on building, communicating, and executing marketing plans that are aligned with the overall strategyEstablish shared KPIs on Marketing Excellence objectives and track progress, collaborate with Marketing & Education leaders in analyzing results and defining areas for improvementGuide teams in linking the marketing budget to customer acquisition and retention objectivesGuide and coach teams on the application of core competences to ensure strategy-through-execution alignment on Annual Marketing and Education plansLead and mentor others on the development and execution of the Commercialization Plan (product launches) and the Annual Marketing PlanCoordinate execution of all plans with both direct and indirect sales channels and share best practices between marketsCollaborate with Marketing & Education leaders in nurturing an effective KOL Management framework to further strengthen our customer focusTake the lead on developing and executing core competency initiatives across the Marketing toolkit, educate and share best practicesCommunicate long-term strategy to key stakeholders to gain organizational alignmentProven track record and related experience demonstrating the ability to problem-solve, manage projects, and prioritize workload with minimum supervisionWhat you need:Required:Bachelors degree10+ years of relevant work experience within medical device industryPreferred:Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsRelevant experience preferably in both direct and indirect marketsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Travel Percentage: 20%
