Oversee creative development, ensuring high-quality design, branding, and storytelling across all platforms.
Lead content strategy and production (English & Arabic) across websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, video scripts, and promotional materials.
Manage social media strategy, creating engaging content and overseeing paid and organic growth initiatives.
Drive PR and media relations efforts, developing press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content to strengthen Masarra's presence.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align messaging and campaign execution with business goals.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Manage budgets and resource allocation for marketing, ensuring cost-effective execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, and campaign management, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and paid media.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (strong writing and editing skills required).
Extensive experience managing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content production.
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing creative teams, agencies, and designers.
Expertise in brand storytelling, creative development, and high-quality content production.
Hands-on experience with analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
Ability to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
