Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Senior Marketing Associate MEA to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide support in the implementation of initiatives within the MEA region.
- Engage with external vendors to facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support negotiations and agreements related to marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for all finance processes related to the Marketing projects and activities.
- Manage and organize marketing activities, events, tradeshows, and campaigns.
- Analyse and report on the performance of the marketing campaigns.
- Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work as a point of contact between tactic and execution.
- Assist in all marketing activities.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Marketing and project management.
- Must have experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech/medical devices industry.
- Experience in coordination of multiple projects, high deliverables for complex markets, agencies, and third-party supplier management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
