Job Title: Senior Marine Hydraulic Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Hydraulic Engineer to join our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Able to carry out Hydraulic Troubleshooting, Repair, Service, Installation, and commissioning in marine industry

2. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, hydraulic & electrical schematics, and specifications.

3. To lead a team of technicians and manage Projects & Services jobs, especially in marine industry/systems includes but not limited to a) cranes/davits b) winches c) steering & propulsion systems. d) Valve Remote Control System (VRCS) e) Thrusters. f) Hatch doors

4. Act as a point-of-contact for service jobs.

5. Able to perform hydraulic flushing and tubing jobs.

6. Able to select equivalent model hydraulic components for any hydraulic systems.

7. Must have a strong understanding of hydraulic principles, mechanical systems, and be skilled in using specialized tools and equipment for diagnostics and repairs.

8. Effective communication and collaboration with client/ship crew.

9. Test and inspect hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and cylinders, etc. Troubleshoot electro-hydraulic equipment and systems. Conducts field service calls for various hydraulically-powered systems and machines for troubleshooting and repair. Install hydraulic components onto in-house or onsite customer equipment

10. Perform heavy equipment maintenance activities including installation, repair, trouble-shooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.

11. Repair and overhaul mechanical, hydraulic equipments & hydraulic power units.

12. Preparing technical reports such as service reports, root cause analysis reports, test reports providing detailed information on hydraulic system performance, repairs, and recommendations for improvement.

13. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding work progress, challenges, and recommendations.

14. Able to complete jobs in the given timeframe and meet deadlines.

15. Able to make technical estimations for schedule and scopes.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, Experienced in Marine and offshore.

2. Seasoned in Hydraulic Overhauling, Repairs, and able to understand Schematic drawings.

3. At least 5-7 years of experience in Marine Hydraulics.

4. Willingness to work in the yard, Anchorage, and travel overseas.

5. Willingness to learn new products/services in marine industry.

6. Knowledge about marine electrical controls & relevant troubleshooting/service works will be added advantage.

7. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to hydraulic systems in the marine industry.

Age Criteria : 26 to 32 years.

Salary Range : Management can decide.

Recommend : AED 6,000 to 8,000/-
