Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Emiratization Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy for Emiratization, focusing on the attraction, development, and retention of UAE National talent.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into actionable recruitment plans.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, governmental bodies, and professional networks to source top Emirati talent.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilise data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations related to Emiratization policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice for UAE Nationals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipeline and hiring progress to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Emiratization programs.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and Emiratization regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
