To develop and manage In-Country Value (ICV) strategies and foster the growth of local SMEs, ensuring compliance with ICV standards and promoting SME participation in Masdar\'s supply chain. To Implement and promote responsible sourcing and sustainability practices, aligning procurement activities with Masdar\'s environmental policies and sustainability goals, and engaging with stakeholders to drive sustainable procurement initiatives.QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
MBA or relevant Master\'s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution
Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business administration or finance or related field
Preferred Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Vendor Management, within a large organization. This experience should be in a strategic procurement role involving the recommendation and execution of SRM, ICV, and responsible sourcing initiatives and enhancements for a large and complex organization or equivalent experience.
Experience in monitoring and reporting on ICV and responsible sourcing performance.
