You will leverage your expertise in research, analytics, planning and strategy to guide the Innovation team\'s projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve both strategic thinking and hands-on project management to ensure that all initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable results.Technical & Product- Collect, analyze, and interpret data sets to inform strategic decisions. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.- Analyze brand research, consumer behavior, competitive audits, market trends and any other form of data, to inform strategic planning. Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, social listening platforms, GWI and other research tools is a plus.- Distil complex concepts into simple, clear, and actionable insights, using storytelling to inspire stakeholders.- Craft industry-specific narratives that align with the group\xe2\x80\x99s vision and goals.- Develop strategic thinking in key pitches. partnering with the data lead to get to relevant insights.Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in strategy or planning roles, preferably within the creative, media, or advertising industry.- Proven record of successfully working with cross-functional teams and delivering strategic projects on time.-Strong potential for leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing or co-managing strategy and innovation projects.-High level of fluency in analytics, data-driven decision-making, and technology relevant to the advertising industry.-Arabic language preferred
