We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in cultivating, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships in Fintech products companies.Responsibilities
Establish and implement a structured, process-oriented approach to cultivate and manage partnerships and alliances with System Integrators/ Consulting firms, regional channel partners, and influencers.
Identify potential partnership opportunities by actively engaging with inbound leads and initiating outbound communication through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Conduct thorough research on prospective partners, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in collaborating with our banking products
Collaborate closely with senior management and marketing teams to ensure alignment between our internal objectives and the goals of new and existing partner relationships.
Lead negotiations and finalize agreements within the framework of company contract guidelines and policies, focusing on promoting our banking products effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a positive experience and representing our brand professionally in all interactions.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of various partnership projects, including co-created content promotions, lead generation activities, and event collaborations.
Cultivate strong ongoing relationships with current partners and explore innovative strategies to expand and enhance existing partnerships, specifically tailored to drive sales of our banking products.
Strategic collaboration with product development teams to integrate partner feedback into product enhancements.
Proactively provide support and resources to partners, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
Vigilant monitoring of industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on emerging partnership opportunities.
Leadership in shaping the long-term partnership strategy and vision for the organization.
Qualifications
Previous working experience as an Outreach and Partnerships Manager for 10+ years.
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills can effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets and KPIs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
