Senior Manager - Sponsorship (AVOD/SVOD)I am working with one of the biggest names in Telco who are building a new VOD platform here in the Middle East. They need an experienced Senior Manager from a VOD background with a focus on Sponsorship to join the team.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve ad sales targets and maximize revenue from display, video, and other ad formats
Identify and prospect potential ad partners, build strong relationships, and negotiate deals that align with their marketing objectives
Revenue Generation: Drive advertising sales growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new advertising clients and partnerships in the MENA region.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, direct advertisers, and sponsors to understand their objectives and provide tailored advertising solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our content offerings and platforms to effectively communicate the value of advertising on our channels and properties.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to develop innovative advertising campaigns that resonate with our audience and deliver measurable results.
Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize advertising agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for all parties involved.
Reporting: Develop and maintain sales pipelines, and reports to monitor progress and performance against targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities for revenue growth.
Team Leadership: manage and mentor the sales manager and specialist, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve collective goals.
Compliance: Ensure all advertising practices comply with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.
