The team collaborates with local and global stakeholders to develop the go-to-market and scale for Visa\'s risk and authentication solutions, as well as deliver Visa\'s Risk solutions roadmap. Our aim is to enable Visa clients and partners to drive better customer engagement and outcomes to grow their business. The team is at the vanguard of transforming Visa\'s business model to capture new payment flows and increase value-added services revenue.As a Senior Manager of Risk Solutions for Sellers, you will be responsible for driving the continued adoption and business scale up of Visa\'s Risk Solutions for Sellers. This includes the responsibility of anchoring solutioning for the region, marketing support, operating model support, and legal requirements, to expand innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients and partners in the fast-growing payments ecosystem of this region. You will also provide thought leadership and insights on the latest trends and developments in the payments risk domain and contribute to the regional and global strategy and roadmap for Seller risk solutions.Some of the key responsibilities include:- Identify, prioritize, and execute on market opportunities to deliver Visa\'s agnostic risk and authentication solutions for diverse seller segments, with cross collaboration with Visa\'s other flagship risk solutions-Engage with clients and partners to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities in relation to payments and risk management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to advocate for Visa\'s Seller risk solutions and standards- Monitor and analyze the performance and usage of Visa\'s risk solutions for payments and provide feedback and recommendations for enhancements and new features- Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans and sales enablement materials for Visa\'s risk solutions for payments for Sellers- Collaborate with other regions and global teams to share best practices, learnings, and insights on risk solutions for payments- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the risk domain, such as fraud patterns, emerging threats, new technologies, and regulatory changesThis role has responsibility for the launch, commercialisation and growth of Risk Products that enable Visa\'s Seller partners to protect Payments from transaction fraud in CEMEA. The resource will have end to end ownership of the commercialisation and GTM for all product initiatives in this domain across the region.Important to the role is a client-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of network payment flows. Scoping and executing projects to bring new product capabilities into the CEMEA region. This includes product definition, management of client pilots as appropriate and subsequent commercialization of the offering.
Developing prioritised sales plans and executing against them to meet product adoption and revenue goals for the region.
Having a passion for working with clients to create unique digital experiences with our product capabilities
Proactively engaging with our risk product clients to identify and improve the ways in which they use our product set
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree ideally, a BA/BS/B Eng. degree in related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in conjunction with a less technical bachelor\'s degree
Minimum 10 -12 years\' experience in a related field and preferably in the Seller ecosystem, with focus on platform development and management, executing transaction fraud controls, and ecosystem optimization. product management experience including product conception and launching, building, and growing product penetration would be an added advantage
Working knowledge of retail fraud landscape that impacts Fis , across different categories of payments and solutions available to counter such threats
Client facing experience and understanding of workflows required to launching solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment with global and regional teams
Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
