This role will focus on selling our innovative software solutions and platforms primarily to telecommunication service providers (90% of clients) and fintech companies (10% of clients). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, deep knowledge of the telecom industry, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals in the Middle East market.Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with telecommunication service providers and fintech companies across the Middle East
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target accounts
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Collaborate with the product and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Forecast sales pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in the telecom and fintech sectors
Mentor and guide junior sales team members to foster their professional growth
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years focusing on the telecommunication industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Middle East region
Deep understanding of the telecom industry, including current challenges and future trends
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional regional languages are a plus
Ability to travel frequently within the Middle East region (up to 50% of the time)
Excellent leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
