Overview:Core42 is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of PR and Communications to lead our global PR initiatives and strategic communication efforts. This role demands a visionary leader adept at enhancing Core42s brand identity and visibility.As the Senior Manager of PR & Communications you will work closely with the leadership team - and specifically the SVP of Marketing - to develop and execute communication strategies that align with the vision, mission, and goals of the organization. You will also be responsible for creating and managing various communication channels, such as blogs, newsletters, social media, webinars, and events. You will be a key partner in shaping the voice and tone of the organization and enhancing its reputation and influenceCore42 is the UAEs national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Groups expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive regional and global PR strategies to advance Core42s brand and market presence, create & drive focused outreach plans in core and target markets. This includes defining and deploy tailored stakeholder communications to secure buy-in and advocacy across all relevant audiences (business to: business; consumer; governments; talent)
Media Relations: Act as the primary spokesperson, cultivating strong relationships with key media outlets to secure high-level placements. Develop and activate a media center that directs the communications functions in all markets to operate at a consistent high standard, driven by insights and results. This includes directives, guidelines, templates, content houses and best practices.
Tech Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies that highlight Core42s technological innovations and advancements, ensuring consistent and engaging tech narratives across all platforms.
Content Oversight: Drive multi-stakeholder, multi-channel and format communications engagements that promote the Core42 corporate narratives and portfolio/product communications, including CSR programs. Work closely with the brand and content team on influencer and developer content for products.
Thought Leadership: Lead, support and manage the thought leadership engagements of the Executive Leadership team and oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media content to ensure alignment with company values.
Crisis Management: Develop and manage communication strategies to address emerging issues and mitigate risks. An understanding of regional and global geo-political matters is a plus.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, and HR to support communication goals. Align with parent company stakeholders and SVP on Marketing on co-communicated initiatives.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance, SOV, global competitor activities and messaging along with social inputs to optimize strategies.
Employee Branding: Along with HR, lead initiatives to enhance Core42s employer brand, fostering a positive and attractive workplace culture through internal communications and external employer branding strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in PR & Communications, in house or agency
Compelling writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
A passion for technology news and events
Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Arabic and English speakers will be given preference
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
Familiarity with necessary digital tools, social listening and social platforms
