About the job Senior Manager Pest controlJob Posted - 19th July 2024PEST CONTROL MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER - UAETo oversee the pest control services operations across the UAEMajor responsibilities are to:
- To ensure daily programs are carried out as per schedules.
- To implement the field strategy and plan of action.
- To liaise with supervisor and client for day to day issues.
- Provide monthly report to the client.
- Implementation of new materials and techniques.
- To develop, implement and maintain all aspects of public health pest control system.
- Maintain proper relationship with client.
- Insure that all field requirements for all teams were fulfilled.
- To implement IPM policies and principles.
- To attend to all other field related matters.
- Assist with HR in recruiting Supervisors/ Technicians.
- Assist with sales team for survey and cost estimation.
- Assist with accounts team for monthly invoicing.
- Meet monthly budget and profit forecast.
- Must be a strong team manager with the ability to recruit, train and develop pest control supervisors and technicians.
- Must have strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence to present to clients and business stakeholders
- Must have a valid UAE driving licence
- Must be UAE based
