Supervise media briefs and work closely with Business Director to ensure excellence in Performance Media planning.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across various platforms, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising. Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and deliver against targets.
Create detailed performance reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key insights, results, and future recommendations. Ensure clear and effective communication of performance metrics and strategy adjustments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic guidance and performance updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Gain a deep understanding of your client\'s business and vertical at large, understanding their key challenges & objectives and devise a Performance Media strategy that enables competitive advantage for your client.
Understand the role of Performance Media in your client\'s media & marketing mix with the objective of heightening the value Performance Media is able to deliver for your client.
Responsible for the smooth operating of day-to-day workstreams, ensuring Performance Media execution teams are working efficiently and effectively.
Develop and manage digital media budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
Utilize the different tools and dashboards to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and address any performance issues. Be able to walk the client through campaign set ups on the platforms.

Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a digital media domain, preferably agency experience.
Experience in being client facing either in a leading or supporting role.
Excellent understanding of digital eco-system, with a deep understanding of ad platforms, technology and activation expertise.
Experience in planning, strategy, managing and activating multichannel campaigns.
