- Develop and continuously review the organisation structure and job descriptions in alignment with corporate strategy and business requirements.
- Facilitate organisational restructuring, assessing impacts and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and execute change management strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure organisation charts are accurate, updated, and aligned with manpower plans.
- Conduct organisational diagnostics, including interviews, surveys, and benchmark studies, to recommend OD solutions.
- Manage job evaluation processes, ensuring internal parity of job grades and responsibilities.
- Oversee the implementation of competency frameworks across all job descriptions and support their integration with recruitment, performance management, and development planning.
- Develop and implement workforce planning frameworks, ensuring headcount optimisation and budget control.
- Manage the annual manpower budgeting process and post-budget amendments.
- Identify workforce drivers and conduct analysis to support business planning.
- Lead the development of HR analytics strategies, ensuring real-time insights into workforce metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and performance.
- Drive innovation by enhancing HR systems and processes through technology and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with human capital teams to ensure smooth execution of HR strategies related to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Provide strategic and operational advice on OD and manpower planning, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Support internal teams and external consultants in managing OD and workforce planning projects.
- Define and standardise HR processes, procedures, and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best practices.required skills and qualifications:- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in HR, with expertise in organisation development, workforce planning, and people analytics.
- Proven experience in executing analytics strategies and their impact on business performance.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organisational Development (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, technology, and process optimisation.
- Experience in workload analysis, manpower planning, and organisation design.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
