Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure the efficiency of our pest control services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the pest control industry, and will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing teams, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Oversee all operational aspects of the pest control business, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to industry standards
• Project management of pest control projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Review and oversee contract terms for all pest control services including negotiating prices, ensuring we stay within set budgets by identifying efficiencies and potential cost savings.
• Keep team abreast on updates and changes regulations and legislation that impact pest control services, ensuring these changes are always communicated and captured in reporting & costs.
• Sales Pipeline:
• Support with submission of commercial tenders and benchmarking exercises
• Collate tenders and derive a passive sales pipeline
• Team Management:
• Conduct performance evaluations and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Financial Oversight:
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to operations.
• Analyze data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Evaluate service delivery and customer feedback to continuously improve services.
• Customer Experience:
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer service and retention initiatives.
• Address and resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Growth and Development:
• Identify opportunities for expanding services and entering new markets.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to develop strategic plans and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pest control or service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of pest control industry regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
