Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the footwear and/or apparel sports, lifestyle, or fashion industry

Understanding of footwear and/or apparel retailers financial metrics- sales, gross margin / IMU, inventory, turn, etc.

YOUR MISSION
The Senior Manager of Online Sales is responsible for leading and growing the online sales of PUMA footwear, apparel and accessories in the region while managing, developing, and building upon sustainable and profitable businesses. The position is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the online business.
Identify and implement an online business strategy for the region in alignment with regional and international PUMA initiatives and guidelines.
Study and understand the competitive landscape.
Define and execute seasonal online business plans that support sales and gross margin targets and diverse business models.
Find opportunities to develop sustainable and long-term growth including turnover, gross margin, market share, and brand awareness.
Achieve monthly sales targets and monthly support forecast planning.
Develop good relationships with customers to ensure a long-term sustainable partnership.
Acquire a full understanding of key online customers needs and strategies to develop the business.
Identify sales opportunities in the online business wholesale channel (new accounts).
Work closely with the marketing team to execute dedicated plans by season.
Serve as a link of communication between key online customers and internal teams.
Work on customer sell-out and find additional in-season sales opportunities (reorders, out-of-season stock, management cancellation orders).
