The Senior Manager - Media should develop strategic communication plans, lead digital media execution, and ensure excellent client service and account management. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships are essential. Key tasks include leveraging on agency products and services for client growth, mentoring team members, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Tasks:

Technical & Product

• Understand client's overall business and marketing objectives displaying a sound knowledge of all media, including TV, print, radio, OOH and online. Working efficiently as part of an overall integrated team.
• Be an analytical-first thinker with the ability to digest and analyze data in order to come to insights that lead to competitive advantage for our clients.
• Expertise in all research data, including client research such as: Sales Data, Awareness tracking, Competitive Data etc.
• Be familiar with and able to sell advanced research tools.
• Ability to understand media briefs and develop media strategies accordingly .
• Experience of monitoring, reporting, and analyzing metrics data.
• Performing thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendations.
• To build a relationship with client and agency counterparts.
• Ability to comprehend a client's requirements, pose appropriate inquiries, and devise a plan for utilizing media outlets (including creating a media plan and offering suggestions) in accordance with the client's goals.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market research.
• Strong grasp of industry trends and best practices.
• Expert level knowledge of and experience with various media planning and buying tools and platforms, such as Z/X Plan, Statex, Global web Index(GWI), Euromonitor, World Advertising Research Center (WARC), Similar Web, etc.
• Expert knowledge of various industry digital planning tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
• Expert in research data, including client research such as: Sales Data, Brand Health Tracker, Awareness tracking, Competitive Data etc.
• Strong commercial acumen, able to understand the importance of driving ROI and able to create ROI opportunities for both business partners and agency whilst being both efficient and effective.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

• Exceptional communication skills - you're skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed media strategies and recommendations.
• A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, developing, encouraging and inspiring them to grow.
• To work with Buying & Finance team to: provide investment briefs, overlook implementation plan, cooperate to solve any issues on on-going plans, report back the media investments.
• To undertake additional projects beyond client responsibilities as requested, e.g. participate in new business, analysis for overseas offices etc.
• To oversee and be responsible for the smooth running of all client / supplier and interdepartmental relationships.
• Deep understanding of the advertising and media industry and the role of media planning within it.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication abilities and ability to interpret client objectives.
• Strong ability to train and develop analytical skills in staff.
• Willingness to assist team members with tasks.
• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring smooth functioning of relationships with clients, suppliers, and other departments.
