Position- Senior Manager Marketing and Communications Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications located in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Manager - Marketing & Communications is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. You will oversee a team of internal & eternal marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Maintain a consistent brand image through effective marketing communication.
Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications.
Develop brand messaging and value propositions.
Monitor brand performance metrics and enhance brand equity.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Lead planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and assets.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Public & Media Relations:
Develop relationships with media outlets and execute PR campaigns.
Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communications.
Internal & External Communications:
Develop communication strategies for employees and external stakeholders.
Coordinate newsletters, intranet content, and company announcements.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budget effectively.
Monitor expenses and report financial metrics to senior management.
Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
Candidate Requisites
12+ years of marketing and communications experience in the IT industry (Must), with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, and website analytics tools.
Preferably UAE work experience.
Expertise in current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO and SEM strategy, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
