In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge eLearning experiences and content that support our organisational goals. This position will play a key role in enhancing the skills and competencies of our workforce, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Experience Design: Develop innovative and engaging learning programs that align with business needs and drive employee performance.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, accessible, and impactful learning content, including e-learning modules, video content, and other multimedia resources.
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the learning and development strategy, ensuring programs are effectively implemented, monitored, and evaluated.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create targeted development initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilise learning metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Manage and develop a team of learning professionals, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance learning processes and incorporate best practices.
About the Requirements:
  • Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on content creation and experience design.
  • Proven experience in leading a learning and development team and successful program implementation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
  • L&D CIPD & Certified Couch preferred.
