The successful candidate should be prepared to usher in the next era of Industry Secure Communication Solutions with a focus on end to end International Programs and Key Industrial Partnerships, focusing on Asia & Central Asia, LATAM, GCC & Africa, Europe and potential other regions in the future.Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key industrial partners (KIP) related to Katim's domain and sector of activity.
Negotiate partnership agreements, MoUs, SOWs and maintain strong and long-term collaborative relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Drive revenue growth by leveraging industrial partnerships to generate sales opportunities.
Collaborate internally with Engineering and CTO Office to asses technical feasibility.
Ensure that KIP are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources and have the experience to promote the organization's portfolio.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the secured communications ecosystem.
Act as the primary liaison for international clients after contract signature, ensuring seamless communication and program delivery.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with International key stakeholders.
Address client needs and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Design, implement, and manage international sales programs tailored to specific regions or customer segments
Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with the organization's global sales strategy.
Coordinate with product, engineering, CTO Office and operations teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet client specifications.
Ensure all international sales programs comply with local regulations, export controls, and data security standards.
Monitor changes in global trade regulations and their potential impact on programs.
Education and Minimum Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant field & / or a Master's Degree in Business Management
Minimum 10 years + experience in Key Industrial Partnerships & International Programs preferably having assumed a senior position in a Management or Technology consulting company.
Proven track record of successfully expanding into new markets and managing global partnerships.
Strong industrial partnerships & international programs skills with experience in designing and implementing sales initiatives that drive market growth.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a global mindset and cultural sensitivity.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
