Develop and implement commodity strategies and establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure successful implementation and support. Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories Conduct Market research and identify cost-effective and innovative solutions Manage the Procurement Transformationprocess, including
Supplier assessment
Supplier financial analysis
RFI, RFQ and RFPs
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements

Use leading practice procurement tools to develop and implement the sourcing strategies including :
