Monitor and maintain the technology infrastructure across entity including networks, servers and storage, database, data centers, communications
Ensure availability and efficiency of IT services to end user (help desk, service maintenance, service management, network and communications, systems and database/ datacenter)
Review documentation of communication, electronic, infrastructure, servers and database systems
Ensure connectivity configuration, data back-up, recovery plans are properly functioning
Oversee documentation related to electronic systems, including performance statistics and reports
Oversee reports on the lifecycle of assets and analyze the improvements suggested
Manage all IT security, access management, user training activities across entity
Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with solutions that increase data security
Conduct maintenance of all computer units, troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, disaster recovery and provides IT equipment and software as needed
Check the quality and reliability of existing hardware, software, operating systems and network components and ensure server backups are well maintained
