JOB TITLE Senior Manager - Human Capital | Majid Al Futtaim Retail | Head Office UAEROLE SUMMARY The Senior Manager Human Capital is responsible for overseeing HC activities such as organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management, rewards, employee relations, and compliance within the assigned country. They collaborate with functional leaders and key stakeholders to build organizational and people capability while shaping and implementing effective people strategies.ROLE PROFILE
Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent attraction, retention, and development.
Drive HC initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, talent development, rewards, employee relations, and experience.
Collaborate with Finance and leadership on workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting hiring needs.
Ensure timely fulfillment of talent acquisition (TA) requirements, adhering to HC policies and Total Rewards guidelines.
Oversee talent management processes, identify high-potential employees, and support development plans for leaders.
Manage onboarding, employee relations, and ensure a positive employee experience.
Partner with the Total Rewards team to manage compensation, benefits, and job evaluations.
Advise function heads on HC strategies, manage communication, and ensure alignment with local laws and company standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Administration or Human Capital Management, with professional HR certification (CIPR, SHRM, AHARI preferred).
5+ years of experience in a Human Capital Department, with at least 5 years in retail.
Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and business acumen skills.
Proven project management expertise and effective communication (both written and verbal).
Skilled in storytelling and delivering clear messages to diverse audiences.
