You will be part of the APAC Commercial Affairs and Strategy department, a diverse and energetic team of 20 commercial colleagues. This position will report to the Sr Director of Market Access and Public Affairs APAC, with a dotted line report to the Access Directors.
Your role will focus on:
  • Leveraging Health Economics and Outcomes Research to demonstrate and communicate the value of the Novo Nordisk in-line brands.
  • Generating evidence through among others systematic literature review, economic evaluation, modelling and database studies
  • Understand & monitor the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies requirements and trends across the designated affiliates, and assess impact on access strategies
  • Develop and/or adapt value dossiers and communication tools for payers.
  • Assist market access preparedness for pipeline products, including identifying evidence needs to optimize market access.
  • Raising Payer evidence awareness and capabilities within the regional organization.
Qualifications
  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree within health economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Pharmacoeconomics from an affiliate, regional or headquarter role or from a consultancy.
  • Experience in the development and execution of HEOR studies, health economics models, payer evidence strategies, and reimbursement submissions to payers and HTA bodies
  • Experience in developing and/or adapting value dossiers.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Business acumen with the ability to anchor market access activities towards patient access and business goals. Fluent in written and spoken English.
