This position will report directly to the Head of Finance and will manage a team of 2 Financial Analysts.What You\'ll be Doing

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the MEA region, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate and analyze financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation across the MEA region.
• Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and guidance, supporting key initiatives and investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes and tools.
• Monitor and assess financial performance against targets and benchmarks, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and industry dynamics impacting the MEA region, incorporating relevant insights into financial analyses and forecasts.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on the MEA region and multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of driving business performance through strategic financial analysis and decision support.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances across the MEA region.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP and other FP&A tools.
