SHARE was launched in 2019 and reached ~3 million members in three years.As a key member of the Loyalty business and reporting into the Lead of Commercial Growth and Program Design, within the central Holding Company, the Senior Manager of FS will work closely with other senior members of the loyalty team, business units of Majid Al Futtaim and commercial loyalty partners, providing leadership and experience to round out SHARE's loyalty offering through new and existing partners and business verticals and delivering incremental revenue to achieve the programme's vision.Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Partnership Strategy
  • Own and develop the financial services strategy for the loyalty ecosystem in line with programme values and identify and recommend new partners as per the defined strategy.
  • Lead internal alignment with Majid Al Futtaim business units, building on existing relationships, where necessary.
  • Develop and scale a growing business
  • Build and leverage deep knowledge of all the Majid Al Futtaim capabilities and how they fit together to create customized and relevant propositions for members and solving for their needs
Business development
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to executing commercial contracts and as well as continuously manage the sales pipeline
  • Write well-structured and persuasive proposals and communicate with executives to pursue
  • Ability to lead RFPs end to end from setting the strategy to taking the partnership to market, working with a multiple of internal and external stakeholders to achieve the optimal outcome for the business
  • Develop business cases in coordination with key stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Marketing etc.) including ROI and financial/operational KPI targets, to deliver maximum financial returns.
  • Negotiate partner commercials, scope, deliverables and define resulting contract. Oversee implementation of partnership contracts including monitoring operational and financial KPIs..
  • Work alongside Product, Program Design and Member Engagement teams to develop mutually beneficial, cost effective partner value propositions that deliver member acquisition and engagement for Majid Al Futtaim and sustain the partnership in the long run.
  • Lead the end to end partner project delivery by working alongside internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, IT, Member Experience and Operations, in order to activate new partnerships.
Partnership management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships / partnerships with senior level management
  • Play a key role in creation of new Intellectual Capital and become thought partner for partners
  • take the lead and collaborate with internal teams to increase visibility across Majid Al Futtaim and partner marketing channels, promoting offers and supporting member acquisition in line with Member Engagement guidelines
  • Champion the BI team & key strategic partners to develop enhanced partnership analytics, shared insights and effective partner campaign performance to help deliver increased benefits to the Member Engagement team and overall programme success
  • Drive business performance reviews including commercial returns, and address actionable improvement insights with partners and internally. Ensure contract terms are followed and that expected benefits accrue to Majid Al Futtaim and its members.
  • Manage partnership renewals and contractual changes, partner settlements, promotions and operational requirements.
New Business Verticals
  • Working with senior stakeholders to identify and implement best-in-class growth strategies
  • Leverage subject matter experts to develop best customized proposals and concepts for new business verticals
  • Identify new business concepts and build out strategies, business cases and roadmap to execution
Definition of Success
  • Implementation of new opportunities and business concepts to differentiate the Majid Al Futtaim loyalty ecosystem from others.
  • Quickly build an understanding of the Majid Al Futtaim ecosystem, loyalty programme, brand positioning, customer communication and technology capabilities to build a leading partnership strategy.
  • Ensure \'quick win\' partnerships launched alongside longer-term development of new businesses
  • Demonstrable operational and financial impact of partnerships and business.
  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on the impact of partnerships and business to the loyalty ecosystem and wider MAF ecosystem
  • Performance and personal development of the team
