Job Description
Were currently seeking a Senior Manager for Finance & Strategy to join one of our clients in Dubai, UAE.This role is crucial for supporting the business at both corporate and project levels, requiring a mix of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.Reporting to the Group CFO, the Senior Manager will oversee a range of financial responsibilities, including project management, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, KPI management, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management.Key Requirements:Experience: 8-10 years in strategic decision-making, financial planning, and analysis, preferably in a high-growth fintech company.Education: A bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A masters degree or CPA is preferred.Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing an FP&A function in a high-growth environment.Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a thorough understanding of financial statements, key metrics, and forecasting techniques specific to the technology industry.Strategic Vision: A strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights.If you fit the criteria and are interested in a challenging yet rewarding role, Id love to hear from you.
