This role involves strategic planning, budgeting, P & L delivery, resources management, Team management, asset management, mobilization & demobilizations. Ensuring the best possible FM services are delivered to clients satisfaction, making sure 100% client retention and organic growth of revenue/portfolio in existing contracts.ResponsibilitiesFinancial
Maintain contract profitability against sold margins.
Organic growth of existing accounts in terms of revenue and services.
Ensure profitability of the contracts are met as per the budget/targets, and drive improvement in financial performance by reviewing all spends on materials, consumables, specialist subcontractors, accommodations, transportations, vehicles and various miscellaneous costs.
Optimization and cross utilization of resources to improve the contract profitability.
Review and monitor budgets of overheads and cost of sales.
Continuous improvements on process or hard savings by implementing lean six sigma practices.
Strategic Planning on resource management to effectively mobilize new contract wins.
Deliver and manage organic growth of account lead revenue.
Adhoc management to make sure adhoc targets are met.
Customer
Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the group such as commercial, legal, procurement, finance, HR as required.
Conduct Monthly/Quarterly meetings with clients to discuss deliverables and drive improvement in performance for all contracts.
Develop good working relationships with clients and hold regular client meetings to ensure the best FM services are delivered.
Undertake periodic site visits to view staff performance and discuss and resolve any issues raised by the client regarding the quality of service and implement corrective actions.
Assist the bids/solutions team in bidding for new tenders and renewals of existing contracts.
Review and support of key tenders' solutions.
Staff performance reviews and succession planning.
Escalation Management on service quality and contractual issues raised by clients
Process
Monitor resource utilization to ensure that the right number and talent are available for delivering service as agreed contractually.
Develop and monitor SLA/KPIs and ensure that they are aligned to service delivery, client expectations and supplier expectations/service partners to achieve quality service delivery, effective supplier relationship management and profitability.
Monitor and control execution of FM contracts, review the preventive and corrective maintenance programs and supervise the implementation of employees through reviewing reports on contractual service delivery.
Oversee the FM contract soft service methodologies, SOPs aligned with sold solution and contractual obligations.
Regular review of CAFM implementation and utilization contract wise.
Innovation
Developing and submitting case studies to solutions team on implemented projects and contracts.
Review submission and implementation of Yearly roadmap to clients on value added services.
Implementation of Sustainable FM practices/services in line with SDGs and client visions.
Identify and implement technological upgrades in cleaning.
Improve cleaning effectiveness by developing new cleaning methods and using different green products.
Continue to research market trends for new machinery and automation or clients and cleaning service delivery
Skills
Masters in Facilities Management preferred
Technical knowledge of FM standards and processes for Hard and Soft services contracts
Minimum experience of 15 years or above on management and service delivery of structured contracts for Total Facilities Management including hard and soft services. Where 8 years or above as position of Manager handling multiple contracts, especially Soft services portfolio
Experience of handling diverse type of facilities including Residential properties, Commercial properties, warehouses, retails, banking, Royal palaces, data centers, shopping malls, Universities, Schools, Master communities etc.
Strong knowledge of commercials and contractual P&L
UAE driving license is mandatory
MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and report writing skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Management and delivery of Multiple FM contracts
Familiar with use of Power BI dashboards
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
In depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in cleaning operations
