Manage and monitor revenue generation through sale of various financial services of the Bank in order to achieve agreed financial targets and maximise revenue generation
Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired revenue through cross-sell, upsell and retention
Develop and maintain internal stakeholders/external agencies and client relationships to achieve desired objectives of the Bank
Manage self and team in line with ADCBs people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems
Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Banks standards
Demonstrate our promise and apply the ADCB service standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience
At least 7 years of experience in Retail Banking and in a managerial role
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Finance or relevant specialisation
Accredited Financial Analyst, Certified Investment Professional, Certificate in Quantitative Finance, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified International Investment Analyst.
Master Financial Risk Manager (FRM), International Compliance Association (ICA) Specialist or Certificate in Conduct Risk * In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trendsUnderstanding of Retail Banking products and servicesWhat we offer:
Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 32,500 - AED 45,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
