- Oversee design changes at each milestone, identify variances, and guide design teams to align costs with allocated budgets.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and budgetary controls.Required skills and qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- RICS qualification preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in project estimation within consultancy or master developer backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Understanding of project documents, including specifications and scopes of work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and design sketches.
- Familiarity with CAD software for cost estimation and project planning.
- Stakeholder management skills to ensure budget alignment with design expectations.
