Coordinate and contribute for business Information system structuring and conceptual architecture modelling support technology road map and align it to IT strategy, provide cross layer architecture patterns expertise, process design, business application, Statement of Accounts (SOA), Information/data modelling, software design, security and infrastructure to ensure fit for purpose architecture for the Bank.- Protect the Bank and its operations against IT risks, including unauthorised access to information, data integrity problems, loss of processing capability and poor service levels and provide recommendations to ensure the information system is successfully exploited to achieve continuous improvement and competitive advantage by identifying needs.- Manage self and team in line with ADCB\xe2\x80\x99s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance. Manage the effective achievement of the team\xe2\x80\x99s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation.- Contribute to the preparation of the business area\xe2\x80\x99s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation.- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a mandatory requirement in in IT/Computer Science or equivalent- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.- Open Architecture Framework certification (TOGAF) or equivalent- Project Management Professional (PMP)/Prince 2 certification or equivalent- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification or equivalent- Experienced in Architecture principles and trends- Experienced in conceptual architecture modelling- Experienced in application and information system structuring- Cross layer architecture patterns expertise- Experience in Enterprise architecture frameworks
