Basic Purpose of the Role Responsible for creating and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy, to align and inspire employees with the company's vision and business strategy while improving overall employee experience. The primary purpose of the role is to support the SEHA business strategy through creation and implementation of best practice leadership development programs and initiatives. This is an interesting and varied mid-level role with multiple responsibilities which will grow over time (as the SEHA HR function matures) to include additional focus areas. It is suitable for an HR professional who is keen to continue building their HR career at SEHA with a focus on leadership development. The right candidate will have a passion for helping to lead continuous improvement and the development of our people and culture for everyone at SEHA. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of strategies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce for the organization that delivers on SEHA strategy. Review and assess the culture, identify strengths and gaps to develop the culture both from an external best practice perspective and within SEHA's unique context. Influence, educate and manage key stakeholders including the senior leadership across the business. Lead and manage the internal engagement/pulse survey implementation, along with action planning. Share reports and dashboards to ensure that the leadership has access to key insights into the organization's culture. Manage budgets and forecast current and future costs for all Culture and Engagement activities. Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's in HR or Organizational Psychology ) are often preferred. Required Experience 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on culture, engagement, and leadership development. Proven experience in organizational development and cultural transformation . Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership. Experience in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and forecast costs for HR programs. Familiarity with diversity and inclusion strategies and their implementation. Seniority level
