Overview:
We are searching for a strategic and creative Senior Manager - Employer Branding to lead and elevate our employer brand strategy. This dynamic role will be responsible for shaping how we attract, engage, and retain top talent in a competitive market. You will develop and implement innovative employer branding initiatives across various channels, fostering a strong employer brand reputation that attracts diverse and high-caliber candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive employer branding strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand current trends in employer branding and the competitive landscape.
• Develop and manage employer branding content across various channels, including the careers website, social media platforms, job boards, and recruitment marketing materials.
• Build and manage employer branding campaigns, leveraging creative storytelling techniques and data-driven insights for maximum impact.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Human Resources, Marketing, and leadership teams to ensure brand messaging consistency.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors on employer branding initiatives.
• Manage employer branding budget and track key metrics such as website traffic, brand awareness, and candidate quality.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and talent acquisition.
• Act as an employer branding ambassador, promoting the company culture and employee value proposition to potential candidates and the industry.
• Analyze competitor employer branding strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong focus on employer branding.
• Prior experience in Talent acquisition will be a great add on.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employer branding strategies.
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in employer branding, including content marketing, social media marketing, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a strong ability to develop engaging content.
• Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring the impact of employer branding initiatives.
• Experience working with social media platforms and other digital marketing tools (preferred).
• Passion for building a strong employer brand and attracting top talent.
