About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager - Learning Experience & Content Development to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge eLearning experiences and content that support our organisational goals. This position will play a key role in enhancing the skills and competencies of our workforce, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Experience Design: Develop innovative and engaging learning programs that align with business needs and drive employee performance.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, accessible, and impactful learning content, including e-learning modules, video content, and other multimedia resources.
Strategic Oversight: Lead the learning and development strategy, ensuring programs are effectively implemented, monitored, and evaluated.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create targeted development initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Utilise learning metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
Leadership & Team Development: Manage and develop a team of learning professionals, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance learning processes and incorporate best practices.
About the Requirements:
Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on content creation and experience design.
Proven experience in leading a learning and development team and successful program implementation.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
L&D CIPD & Certified Couch preferred.
