On behalf of our client, one of the largest integrated real estate consultancies in the region, we are seeking dynamic and visionary Senior Managers / Managers within their Strategic Advisory & Development Solutions department to spearhead strategic initiatives, foster client relationships, and drive project success. The ideal candidate should possess practical real estate consulting experience from high tier real estate companies or Big 4 consulting firms, demonstrating a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and business development You should have advanced knowledge and technical skills in completing feasibility studies, highest and best use engagements, market assessments, benchmarking studies amongst other consulting assignments across various asset types in sectors like Entertainment, Sports, F & B and Retail. Key Responsibilities: Key Account Management / Client Retention: Manage key client expectations, address any issues promptly, and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Ensure projects stay on track and adhere to agreed deadlines, effectively managing resources and people. Maintain strong client relationships by transparently communicating any changes to project plans. Networking: Develop a strong network of business professionals to foster new business opportunities and manage ongoing projects effectively. Problem Solving, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve organizational effectiveness, develop new business channels, and establish strategic partnerships. Address technical, commercial, or people-related issues as they arise, providing appropriate solutions. Business Development: Prospect and qualify potential projects, aligning them with the company\'s business offerings and preparing proposals with guidance from management. Financial Modeling and Analysis: Review and manage market and financial feasibility studies, complex financial models, and valuations, providing recommendations as needed. Project Management: Build and manage project teams, ensuring key deliverables are met within agreed deadlines. Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to scope of work, and maintain updated client information. Transactional Assignments: Prepare marketing documents, deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, and manage transactional processes. Research Papers and Publications: Recommend research paper topics, gather necessary information, and contribute to relevant publications. Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management on operational issues, compliance, and variances to targets. Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, bankers, and regulatory authorities to garner support and obtain necessary information for project success. Accounts Receivables Management: Maintain cash flow by achieving debtor day targets agreed with the executive team. People Management: Set goals for team members, identify training needs, and provide development opportunities to foster growth. Inter-departmental Collaboration: Keep other divisions informed of current projects to explore cross-selling opportunities. Brand Ambassadorship: Promote the company through various channels including media appearances, conferences, and social media, positioning the organization as a thought leader in the industry. Requirements:-
Minimum 10+ years of extensive experience with a proven track record of practical consulting in high-tier real estate companies or Big 4 firms.
Must have around 18-24 months experience in a managerial role.
Experience managing accounts in UAE and KSA regions.
Candidates bilingual in Arabic and English are preferred.
