We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented leader to join our client\'s dynamic team as a Senior Manager - Learning Innovation. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their learning solutions by designing, implementing, and overseeing market-leading offerings for their clients. You will lead a team of learning professionals and collaborate across departments to ensure solutions are cutting-edge, aligned with industry trends, and meet the evolving needs of their clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Innovation:
  • Identify opportunities for growth within and adjacent to our core learning areas.
  • Leverage market research to gain insights into competitor strategies and pricing, informing our approach.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging learning technologies.
  • Design innovative learning solutions based on client needs.
  • Develop course content and contribute to content development projects aligning with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback, making data-driven improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with external partners and industry bodies to maintain our industry standing.
  • Develop innovative solutions tailored to client requirements and market demand.
  • Growth Strategy:
  • Co-develop strategic plans aligned with company goals and driving profitability.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies to effectively promote our offerings.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with tasks like crafting proposals, participating in business development meetings, and managing public relations activities (optional).
  • Learning Delivery (Optional):
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences in various formats, upholding our standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative learning solutions across various formats.
  • Strong project management abilities and data-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of industry compliance and regulatory training standards (optional).
