This role will involve meeting with clients, presenting strategies, and maintaining effective communication.Main TasksTechnical & Product
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day activities
Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality work that meets the client\'s objectives and expectations
Develop and present strategies that align with the client\'s business goals
Lead and manage a team of account executives and coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, social media, and digital teams to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client\'s needs
Ability to stay up to date with new technologies and trends in digital and social media
Knowledge of project management tools and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with managing teams of both content and creative
Experience with data analytics and digital marketing tools
