What this job involvesWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Level Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Expert in Real Estate Consulting. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on all aspects of PPP project development planning within the real estate sector.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored advice on PPP opportunities in the real estate sector.PPP Project Development: Lead the identification and evaluation of PPP projects in collaboration with clients, government authorities, and private sector entities.Feasibility Studies: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential risks associated with proposed PPP projects, including market and financial angles.Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial models to evaluate the financial viability of PPP projects, including revenue projections, cost estimates, and financing options.Procurement Process: Familiarity with drafting request for qualifications/proposals, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with private sector partners.Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Provide high level develop risk mitigation strategies for PPP projects, ensuring appropriate risk allocation between public and private sector entities.Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and coordination among various stakeholders, including government officials, private sector partners, lenders, and communities, to ensure successful project delivery.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.Interested? Master's degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience, with a focus on PPP project development and real estate consulting. Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects is highly desirable.Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PPP best practices, methodologies, and international standards within the real estate sector.
