As a Strategy and Transformation Senior Manager in our Consultancy practice, you will support the vertical lead in driving business growth, customer centricity, and knowledge sharing. Reporting directly to the vertical lead, you will oversee a profitable and well-structured team servicing a set of clients, continuously deliver excellent service, nurture relations with new and existing clients, and focus on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a strategy and transformation team within the Consultancy practice, including all aspects of business development, project delivery, and team management
-Design and deliver customer-centric strategic and transformative solutions for your client portfolio
-Support drive business growth by participating in new business pitches, as well as identifying and pursuing organic growth opportunities within your client portfolio.
-Collaborate with team members within Consultancy to ensure the success of the overall practice.
-Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within your team.
-Increase team visibility and maintain positive image of Consultancy by collaborating, exhibiting and engaging in a positive manner with others, contribute to the newsletter, attend and participate in internal sessions.
-Continuously grow your knowledge by prioritizing your learning and development, utilizing L&D resources, and actively attend internal and external training sessions.
Technical & Product
-Continuously upskill in driving strategic frameworks focused on marketing transformation, go-to-market, and performance marketing.
-Have a solid understanding of Publicis Groupe products and services to successfully navigate them and utilize them in our clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses.
-Ensure proper onboarding for new hires in your team

-Support your direct reportees in delivering quality output across all products and services.
-Utilize all available platforms, frameworks and tools that drive process efficiency and consistency.

-Lead on all talent requirements for your direct repartees: talent upskilling plans, career development, and performance appraisals.

Qualifications
-Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

-Experience required: Digital Marketing transformation, Business management, and People management.
-Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, and Excel advanced proficiency
