The company is seeking to transform lives through innovative clinical solutions that can solve the worlds most critical health and diagnostic challenges.About the Role:M42 is looking for a Senior Manager, Compliance to join our Abu Dhabi team and drive our ethics and compliance program. In this pivotal role, youll lead compliance investigations, conduct comprehensive analyses, and collaborate across teams to maintain the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities
  • Investigations Management: Lead and conduct compliance investigations, including interviewing employees and witnesses, managing documentation, reviewing evidence, and preparing investigation plans and reports. Summarize findings and recommend corrective actions to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Ethics & Compliance Program Implementation: Support the roll-out of M42s ethics and compliance program across the organization, ensuring alignment with local and international regulatory standards. Collaborate on policy development and provide clear guidance to teams on compliance requirements.
  • Risk Assessment & Analysis: Analyze compliance risks by evaluating policies and procedures. Identify potential issues and report on ethics and compliance breaches within corporate functions, making data-driven recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Training & Capability Building: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of corporate governance, ethics, and compliance. Support ongoing education to ensure that all employees are informed of new policies, regulations, and compliance best practices.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed data analysis on compliance-related metrics, manage KPIs, and prepare accurate reports. Contribute to continuous improvement in ethics and compliance reporting and escalate issues as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to integrate compliance standards into business processes, ensuring a unified approach to ethics across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or graduate-level degree, preferably in law or related field.
  • 8+ years in compliance, audit, or risk management, with a strong emphasis on investigative experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of local and international compliance standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings to senior stakeholders.
