Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Civil to lead and oversee the entire civil business, role involves strategic leadership, managing the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Director will drive business development to expand the unit's portfolio, manage resources efficiently, and ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire civil business, ensuring alignment with company goals, strategy, and growth objectives. Take full responsibility for the P&L of the civil business unit, ensuring financial goals are met through effective cost control, budgeting, and revenue generation. Oversee civil projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting scope and quality standards. Approve designs, methodologies, and engineering solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and consultants for smooth execution and project approvals. Monitor project budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and engineers to create a high-performance team culture. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards at every stage of the project lifecycle. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the civil unit's portfolio to support sustainable growth. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, financial performance, and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). 15+ years in civil engineering, with leadership experience in managing projects, business development, and overseeing P&L responsibility. Expertise in project management, financial oversight, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and business development. PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications preferred.
